The project explores how furniture can merge with space and define its character through a modular system developed for the SSML flat in Lugano. Simple plywood modules, combined with accessories and textile elements, create flexible and adaptable configurations that respond to different living needs. floor-mounted or suspended, the modules generate potentially infinite compositions where even empty spaces become functional areas. The project reflects on contemporary furniture design based on flexibility, formal simplicity, affordability, adaptability, and material reuse, where the “fragment” becomes the basic unit for creating ever-changing spaces.
