The project is set within the natural landscape of the Gole del Breggia, with the aim of restoring continuity between built environment and topography, reducing land consumption and integrating the intervention into the slope. The building extends longitudinally along the hillside, with a continuous green roof that acts as a unifying element between architecture and landscape. The system is organized into two main parts: a horizontal plate hosting public and semi-public functions under a large green roof, and an upper strip dedicated to residential units. Between these elements runs a continuous pathway that weaves through open and covered spaces, conceived as a linear village with a sequence of gardens, squares, and viewpoints. The project integrates a strong ecological approach based on green roofs, rain gardens, and natural water management, enhancing biodiversity and microclimatic regulation. It prioritizes sustainability, landscape integration, and functional flexibility, using a modular structure in timber and reinforced concrete to ensure construction efficiency and long-term adaptability.
