many spaces and everyday objects take on multiple purposes depending both on personal needs and different moments. how can furniture respond to this tendency? R2 reflects on how an object can change. it is an hybrid and flexible prototype, which, starting from a roll, can be declined into different shapes according to one’s changing needs: depending on how much the material is rolled up, it can become a seat, a lounge chair or a yoga mat.
